When I print a colour picture from word, it cones out with white lines through it. I’ve done the 2 levels of cartridge cleaning and manually cleaned them but it still happens

Does photocopying work fine?

 

If the printer is experiencing similar issues with copying too and if you have already performed the steps from the document  Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
