Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So HP appear to be upping the prices for their subscriptions. Not only that, I only upgraded to use my printer more while lockdown was in effect. Now I’m back to printing around 3 pages a month, but paying £8, soon to be £10/no for this ‘privelege’, when they haven’t even sent ink in months! I used the new cartridge straight away, my printer has been screaming about needing new ink, but nothing arrives.

this has become more expensive and more hassle than it’s worth. And when I try to change, I’m notified I will STILL be charged £10 at the end of this month. The option to downgrade immediately is gone. Now I have to wait two months for it to apply? Really ‘flexible’, HP.

I tried to cancel, got the same message, that I will be charged an additional month at the end of this month, for seemingly no reason whatsoever, because my subscription will end at the end of the month if I cancel, so why would I have to pay another £10?

absolute rip off at this point. Perhaps people should start making formal complaints about HP’s shady practices.
