I have an HP Deskjet 3755 and whenever I try to print photos in color, it comes out completely in shades of green? I did the print quality diagnosis and it says the ‘ink levels are okay and should not cause print quality problems’. The only color showing up okay from what I’ve printed is red. Please help.

Hi @lillie_lolo,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like there may be an issue with the color balance or the printer settings. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
- Check Printer Settings: Make sure that the printer settings are configured correctly for printing color photos. Check the settings in both the printer software on your computer and on the printer itself to ensure that color printing is enabled and that the correct paper type and size are selected.
- Color Management: Check the color management settings in your printing software. Ensure that the color profile matches the type of paper you're using and that it's set to produce accurate colors.
- Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest drivers and firmware installed for your HP Deskjet 3755. Sometimes, updating the drivers can resolve printing issues.
- Clean Printer Heads: Use the printer's utility software to clean the printer heads. This can help remove any clogs or buildup that may be affecting print quality.
- Replace Ink Cartridges: Even if the ink levels appear to be okay, it's possible that one or more of the color ink cartridges is running low or experiencing issues. Try replacing the color ink cartridges, especially if they haven't been replaced in a while.
- Calibration: Some printers have a calibration function that helps align the colors properly. Check your printer's manual to see if there's a calibration process you can perform.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue with your HP Deskjet 3755 printing photos in shades of green.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
