For almost a year now, I have not received any replacement ink cartridges. I moved during this time, so I waited a few months to see if the new address was the problem but still haven't received any. Also, the Virtual Chat assistant could not order any for me.
In the "Shipment Tracking" tab, it says that my cartridges are "on their way," but it has been stuck on this status for at least 3 months. Has anyone had the same problem? How do I order some ink cartridges manually?
