Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I learned the 901 cartridges are discontinued and have been replaced by the 60XL cartridges for the Officejet 4500.

After installing the 60XL tri color cartridge, that fits and clicks in perfectly, I have an error message that says it's incompatible. Not able to clear the error message and not able to print.  I've tried disconnecting power for 60 seconds numerous times, no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. A phone call would be great and real time support.  My number is 641-247-1948
