I am very angry about the situation. I bought some ink for my printer and I tried to use it and I can not use it unless I am enroll with Instant ink. Why do I need to enroll and pay membership in order to use my store bought ink? That is crazy. I am paying more for ink that I already bought.

Obviously something is amiss here as there is NO requirement to be enrolled in instant ink to use normal retail cartridges. NO REQUIREMENT what so ever? Can you post a picture of the cartridge in question clearly showing any labels?

The only other possibility, and I did not check your model, is if you have an HP + printer which does require an internet connection but has nothing to do with instant ink.
