i encounter an error in my printer pen in right chute has error  even i replace a new and working cartridge it can print if i try to reset the  printer it prints one page only then error cartridge again

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know to which device are you trying to connect your printer to eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
