I'm having the same problem with my HP 4650. It is not printing color from the internet. The last time I had this problem it was a defective 63 color print cartridge from HP Instant ink. The black is printing OK.

I understand you are facing a print quality issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

 

  • Does the copy print out the same way? 
  • What's the application you are trying to print from? 
  • Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further. 

 

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable to your printer -  Print Quality Issues

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Thanks, Andy, for the reply.

I have tried printing from other devices with the same results. I have tried multiple trouble shooting techniques

and found that no matter how I try, no color is printing from the internet. The Stange thing about this is that the

ink cartridges have plenty of ink and it will print a color copy though.

Contacted support on 12/26/22, and the support tech decided to mail me another color cartridge. My printer

takes a number 63.

When I receive it, I will try printing from the internet and hopefully it will print in color

I had the same issue before and replacing the cartridge fixed the problem.
