OfficeJet Pro 8025

HP informed me that "HP has recently determined that you may have received Cyan (blue) and/or Yellow cartridge(s) for your OfficeJet Pro 8025 that may have a quality issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are working hard to ship replacement cartridges to you within 3-4 weeks."

And now it has been 2 months, they shipped nothing.

They answered nothing.

They never cared.

Where are my cartridges?

Where are my cartridges?

Where are my cartridges?

I CANNOT USE MY PRINTER BECAUSE YOU DON'T LET US BUY ANY CARTRIDGES.

Again from HP email:

Can I buy replacement cartridges at a retailer?

Unfortunately, compatible cartridges may not be available through retailers at this time.

Are you kidding me?

No shipment of cartridges, no available cartridges in the market?

Are you serious?

It seems there was a recall on HP cartridges. I don't know what exactly they mean by recall. I was never notified I thought a recall meant you the consumer sent it back? I don't know maybe the stores sent the cartridge's  back is why they cannot be purchased.

Maybe HP is trying to scam everyone into buying a new Printer? I doubt that but it sounds crazy I am trying to research if it is safe to use non HP cartridge because I am having an issue.

I just reread your post it said HP notified you of a Quality Issue and since the Last cartridge I bought I have had color print very dim. But HP has not notified my I usually buy from Walmart but they are out of the cartridges. You can see my post Here  I am asking if it will harm my Printer to use non HP cartridge.

Thank you for your contribution.

Yes, right now you cannot use HP branded or non-HP cartridges. The company informed us that there are no cartridges available in the market for several models and if you still find one, it would damage your printer.

Unfortunately we have to wait and wait until they are able to manufacture working ones.

Until then, they keep charging us for Instant Ink subscription and does not accept any product return despite being under manufacturers warranty.

That is the reason I do not use instant ink. I am not gonna say what I think about it just that I am not gonna pay a fee then let them tell me it's cheaper. By the time I pay the fee it will not be cheaper I am not gonna do that. That's all I will say about that.
