Today I had a paper jam in my 8600 plus. I opened the printer and cleared all of the paper out. Now I am getting the system error of 'Ink System Failure'. I have gone through multiple forums and tried everything I have read about.
Turning it off, turning back on, lifting the carriage latch and readjusting the ink cartridge.
How do I fix this?
I really don't want to buy a new printer but, always seem to have issues with my HP 8600 Plus
Why can't I find a customer service number?
