I have a LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw and it just started printing vertical coloured and black lines. It doesnt matter if I print a document or if I make a copy the lines are present.

A black and white document prints black lines, and a coloured document prints blue, yellow, magenta and black lines.

How do I fix this?

Vertical lines have 2 common causes.

1. There is a problem with your cartridges, often you can verify this by removing the cartridge that corresponds to the color of the stripes and looking at the blue/green drum on the bottom. I should not have any residue on it. If it does, likely one of the internal toner control devices has failed and is allowing excess toner to run out.

2. A failure of the transfer belt. Typically when a transfer belt issue arises the stripes will be muddy, indistinct colors. You can inspect the belt when you have the toner cartridges out, it sits under the cartridges and is usually a grey/silver color. You can also open the back door and check the black roller (secondary transfer roller), which is mounted in the back door to see if it is polluted with toner.
