I ave an OfficeJet Pro 8710 which finally ran out of Cyan ink. When I purchased the printer new, I also purchased two of each replacement cartridges for when they ran out. Well it was finally time to replace the Cyan with one of those cartridges. YES, they are genuine HP cartridges and the correct number as well. I have replaced my black cartridge a couple times already with no issues. This time, I'm getting a message that states "This cartridge is an older generation cartridge that does not work in your printer. It can still be used in some older printer models."
All I can say is WTH? It's the exact same cartridge that I just removed! I tried both cartridges and get the same message with them both! What is going on???
