Hp inkjet model 8025 says I have low ink on the screen.  I am unable to clear the screen by pressing OK (OK doesn't work)  Also my printer shows offline when I go to print a page.  Is all of this happening because I have low ink? Someone said to me that the "low Ink' will not allow the printer to work.

Hi @Jim2907,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist better:

  • Please replace the low ink cartridges to continue printing as this printer is designed to use all the inks while printing to give you a better quality.
  • In case you only print black and white more often then you may change the print quality settings to draft mode, by doing this the printer will consume very less color inks. However, it will use a little amount of color to give depth.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
