Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 551 Wireless All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to get cyan or yellow to print. Have cleaned cartridges and done an aliment, the ink is 1/3 full. Everything was working fine up to July 14/22.  Any suggestions?

I understand that you are getting print quality issues, I am glad to assist you.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.
