To be honest I don't know why I ever buy HP printers, I have yet to own one that did not have issues. Current issue, Goes through all the motions of printing and all I get is blank pages. Print cartridges are new, have cleaned the heads several times, have aligned the heads several times still nothing. The only way I can get the printer work is to uninstall the printer then reinstall then I can get 1 printed page before it fails again. The last set of cartridges lasted long enough to print 4 pages before cleaning the heads and realigning along with 4 reinstalls drained the cartridges.

Any suggestions before I throw out the printer and replace with ANYTHING other than an HP?

@Jim32751, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the printer is printing blank pages. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be a hardware issue with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
