Dear Sir/Mam,
I bought an HP printer with the following details.
Model: HP all-in-one Ink Tank 419 printer
 
My printer is out of warranty now. There are the following issues with my printer:
 1) Color is not getting printer properly (faded quality)
 2) Blue ink is not getting printed.
 
I am using the original HP ink that came in the printer package. I purchased my printer from the authorized HP dealers
I regularly print random pages so that ink flow is maintained such as Alignment pages, Color test quality pages.
 
I have called the service center near me (20km radius). Either they don't pick up my phone or they reject on-site service, i.e. Home service. Due to some unfortunate reasons, I cannot go outside the home for that long to get my printer fixed. I said I was ready to pay the visiting charges + repair and part cost. One service center was very rude when I talked to them. HP service center at Rajouri Garden accepted my visiting request on June 1 but they still had not sent till today.
 
When purchasing the printer I had 2 options HP and Epson printer.  I chose HP because of its great after sale and after-warranty services. But am very disappointed in it.
Please, resolve my issue.
