Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own 2 HP Color Laserjet CP4525dn with duplex unit included. Recently, the print quality for one printer has gone down a lot.

Color ink are not placed in correct positions compared to black ink and each color ink position is displaced in different ways. Not only that, there has been a constant pink line running along the paper. Again, I have already cleaned the transfer kit and cleared out any leftover ink.

I have tried replacing new ink cartridges, transfer kit, fuser kit, and fuser drive assembly but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have a solution to these issues?IMG_20240802_151520586.jpgIMG_20240802_151527503.jpg

Transfer belt needs to be replaced, and color calibration performed.

I replaced the old transfer belt with the good one from the other one. I also ran color calibration afterwards but the problem remains. I also used another transfer from a simplex model but it does not work either.

Those vertical stipes are transfer belt.

You can tray to clean calibration sensors those might be dirty an then run a calibration few times in a row..
