Hi,

 

I subscribed to instant ink and my first cartridge is wrong size (Should be 305 instead of 962), I tried to search customer service which use auto chat and it is obviously useless as it states the instant ink size should fit (but mine doesn''t, it literally cant fit! no matter what I have done). Or show me a video if it can fit, I am a student and I need the new inks urgently. Please respond to this ASAP as this is giving me unnecessary mental pressure while coping with my studies, of which i have a family to take care of too! (my son!). 

 

I feel like this is so unfair, very unfair and stupid to deal with.

 

Please respond to me ASAP!
