I have spoke customer service twice about this issue. I’m currently an instant ink customer, I called 8/22 to inform them I was completely out of my tricolor ink and I was only sent a black ink. They sent me my tricolor ink and the cartridge is too long that my printer does not close, so I decided to enter a chat with a rep and explained my issue and even sent a photo. Rep said he understood and had another tricolor cartridge shipped to me which I received today and it’s the same one, it does not fit!!!
im not sure what else I can do to get the right size? I get that they are trying to send me the ‘XL’ size but that does not fit my printer. Can someone please help me?
