Microsoft Windows 11

I belong to the Ink service where they send me ink when my printer is low. They are sending me ink, supposedly, for a HP Envy 6400e series, and my printer is a HP Envy 6455e, which did not take the ink they sent me. Anyone else have this issue? How do I fix this issue?

@sad48, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

HP Envy 6455e printer belongs to HP Envy 6400 printer series. Hence, the ink cartridges are the same and are compatible.

Do you get any errors? Insert one ink cartridge at a time and check for the defective ink cartridge.

 

Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
