Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I try to print in color, the printer prints blue in addition to the other colors, so that all color content comes out tinted blue. (In the print quality report, it prints green instead of yellow and purple instead of red.) Problem occurs directly from printer menus, so the issue is not with the PC.  I have checked printer firmware updates and it's up to date. I have power cycled printer numerous times (unplug /replug in addition to on/off).
Is this a hardware problem (printer is just broken) or is there something I can do to fix it?
