Product: HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer

Received wrong size replacement ink cartridges. E O message comes up on printer. Size of cartridges are different size than original cartridges. Original cartridges are HP 67 and replacements are 67/305. Printer does not work with 67/305.

I understand you are facing an issue with your Wrong size ink cartridges sent Original cartridges are HP 67 and replacements are 67/305. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
