Product: HP Officejet Pro 6000

Yellow printer cartridge 951xl prints green.  I need to get a new cartridge through warranty. The HP website puts me into a loop with a virtual assistant and I can't chat or phone a real person. I've tried through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. No help, as their instructions are to use the website. I have used the instructions on the website to no avail. Isn't there an 800 number???

It's not the cartridge it's the printhead mixing yellow and cyan sou you are getting green instead of yellow, the new yellow cartridge will probably not solve your problem.

Thank you. I know that's been the case for others. I've cleaned the printhead several times through the actual printer program. I know that it's possible to have the two colors mixed. But it hasn't happened before. What do you suggest to make get rid of the green? How does the yellow cartridge mix the two randomly? The Cyan is not affected.
