Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I am trying to replace the yellow cartridge in my printer. When I replace it, I get the following error "One or more Cartridges appears to be damaged. Remove and replace with a new cartridge" and it displays Y for yellow cartridge. I have replaced it with another new yellow cartridge and I get the same error. I have tried unplugging the printer and I have also removed all of the cartridges and replaced them one at a time. When I do that it has no problem detecting the yellow cartridge but once I put in the last cartridge (Magenta) it displays the error again about the Yellow cartridge. Please advise how I can get past this error.
