Product: HP Smart Tank 7001 All-in-One

I have run all the trouble shooting and ran the print cleaning but the yellow still will not work. How do I clean the yellow jet?

I'd be glad to help you! 

 

It’s so frustrating to go through all the troubleshooting steps only to have one color still not work. I know how much you rely on having a fully functional printer, and it’s disappointing when it doesn’t respond.

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked. 

 

Try updating the firmware if available for your current OS. Click here
