It’s so frustrating to go through all the troubleshooting steps only to have one color still not work. I know how much you rely on having a fully functional printer, and it’s disappointing when it doesn’t respond.
If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked.
Try updating the firmware if available for your current OS. Click here
