Product: HP Smart Tank 515 Wireless All-in-One

Hello,

My printer doesn't print out the yellow color even after numerous cleaning operation. 

When I open the cover the carriage doesn't go in the middle area so I can't even try to replace the cartridges. 

The printer is 1 month old.

I see that you are facing print quality issues with your HP Smart Tank Printer wherein it does not print in yellow.
