My HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e has stopped printing yellow.  I have enough ink (hp brand).  I am attaching the Print Quality Diagnostic Page and one of the printouts from when I tried to clean the heads (5 times!). Printer DiagnosticPrinter Diagnostic Cleaning Print HeadsCleaning Print Heads

Cleaning the heads only ever so slightly improved things and just used up most of my ink!  And it ended up getting a lot of puddles of the black ink.

Please help!

As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
