Officejet Pro 8625 prints yellow as green.  I have tried calibrating printer and gone through the printhead cleaning procedure to no avail.  The yellow cartridge is roughly 50% full.  This just started happening.  The Cyan cartridge is probably about 80%.

Hi @DeDuck,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

I understand that when you print from your printer the printer is printing a green tint

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Have you tried checking with a different ink cartridge?

Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?

Have you tried printing from a different application? Does the issue persist?

Please share the operating system you are running on your PC to assist you better.

Replace low, empty or faulty ink cartridges on your printer.

Try printing a Print Quality Diagnostic report and check if the issue persists.

If the copy works fine uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full-feature printer software and check if it helps. (Windows Only)

In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.

Select your HP printer.

Select Uninstall.

In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.

In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”

Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.

Type printui.exe /s and click OK.

Click on Drivers tab.

Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.

Select OK.

Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.

Close Devices and Printers.

Update the FIRMWARE

Also, Try the steps recommended below.

Align the printer

Aligning the ink cartridges correctly aligns the printhead with the printer. Align the printer from the printer control panel, and then evaluate the results.

Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.

On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

The Setup menu displays.

Touch Tools, and then touch Align Printer.

An alignment page prints.

Wait for the alignment page to finish printing.
