Product: Hp Deskjet 2636

It says printer claimed on another account. I tried all 5he suggestions. All of which confused me and just make me hate hp saying easy easy easy everything. I just need ink. I tried buying direct from HP when I couldn't figure out how to fix problem to set up instant ink program. And I couldn't even figure out which ink to get for my printer. I know making it easy giving out info to buy ink somewhere else makes you lose money. Blah blah. I came so close picking up this new hp printer and throwing it out the front door because I am so mad and never buy anything by HP. I know it's easy for people to do this kind of stuff. I'm 60 yrs old. I'm doing my best. I have a 5g phone I use alot. My tv services are streamed. Pay all bills online. So I'm not a total idiot. But I can't figure this out. I'm sorry I'm frustrated right now. And the virtual agent was the last straw. Waste of time. So if anyone can help an old frustrated crabby man who feels completely inadequate right now to even exist in this world when I can't even get ink for my printer. Hp2636. Honestly if anyone could just say exactly what kind of ink cartridge will work I will go to store and buy it.i just don't want to buy the wrong one theres so many kinds. Sorry I tend to babble when upset. Please help. Or my neighbors are going to gossip trying to figure out what I threw out my front door and us lying in pieces in my driveway for days.

@Hblaess, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

This model printer uses HP 65 ink cartridges. You may place an order on the online HP Store or buy it at a local store. 

This information will be mentioned on a sticker pasted inside the ink cartridge access door.

 

If the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink, HP will send you the ink cartridges when they are low/empty.

Thank you I can at least go to store and know I'm buying the right cartridge. I tried the instant ink. That didn't work because it says something about the printer is already in use with a different person which is weird since I am the only user. Bought it new.
