Step 2: Update HP Smart App
- Check for updates: Ensure that you have the latest version of the HP Smart App installed. You can check for updates in your app store or through the HP Smart website.
Step 3: Clear App Cache
- Windows or macOS:
- Navigate to your system's settings and find the option to clear cache or app data.
- Mobile Devices (Android/iOS):
- Go to the app settings and select the option to clear the cache.
Step 4: Reinstall HP Smart App
- Uninstall and reinstall the app:
- Uninstall the HP Smart App from your device and then reinstall it from the respective app store.
Step 5: Check Network Connection
- Ensure network stability: Confirm that your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network or internet connection, as network issues can affect app loading.

- Verify OS compatibility: Ensure your device's operating system is compatible with the HP Smart App's requirements. Update your OS if necessary.
Step 7: Alternative Methods to Check Ink Levels
If the issue persists and you need to check your ink levels, try the following:
Printer's Control Panel:
- On many HP printers, you can check ink levels directly from the printer's control panel. Look for an ink icon or option in the display menu.
Using Printer Software:
- If you have HP printer software installed on your computer, open it and navigate to "Estimated Ink Levels" or a similar option to check your ink status.
By following these steps, you should be able to address the blank screen issue with the HP Smart App.
