Step 2: Update HP Smart App

Step 3: Clear App Cache

  • Windows or macOS:
    • Navigate to your system's settings and find the option to clear cache or app data.
  • Mobile Devices (Android/iOS):
    • Go to the app settings and select the option to clear the cache.

  • Uninstall and reinstall the app:
    • Uninstall the HP Smart App from your device and then reinstall it from the respective app store.

Step 5: Check Network Connection

Step 7: Alternative Methods to Check Ink Levels

If the issue persists and you need to check your ink levels, try the following:

Printer's Control Panel:

  • On many HP printers, you can check ink levels directly from the printer's control panel. Look for an ink icon or option in the display menu.

Using Printer Software:

  • If you have HP printer software installed on your computer, open it and navigate to "Estimated Ink Levels" or a similar option to check your ink status.

By following these steps, you should be able to address the blank screen issue with the HP Smart App.
