Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I have a HPEnvy 5020 ,Product no. M2U918.

 

The black ink cartridge has stopped working.  I.ve tried all the cleaning programmes in Tools and also tried leaving the black cartridge in hot water for 15 minutes.

 

Unfortunately, none of these things have worked. Before I but a new one has anyone any other ideas?

If the printer was unused for a longer period ink inside the cartridge gets dried and you can't help it, the cartridge needs to be replaced.
