Hi, I was sent a replacement small black print cartridge and the letter doesnt say what issue is trying to be solved. I did not call in a printing problem. The case number is [Personal Information Removed]. Typically Instant Ink sends a large black cartridge. This came with an envelope to return the failed part, which I didn't know there was one. My dashboard says the case is closed.
