I'm trying to set up a hp smart tank 7602 printer

When I put ink into the tanks the black tank received all they ink in the bottle even though the set up sheets say some ink should remain in the bottle.

When I got to the set up of the print heads the printer started giving my a warning to fill the black ink tank?

I'm setting up a HP smart tank printer.

Followed the instructions when I get to fill ink tanks - I filled the three color tanks without a hitch, when I filled the black it also took the extra cc's that should have stayed in the ink bottle.

After this the printer kept telling me to fill the black tank. I did a dirty start this morning and now its asking me to fill all the tanks..

The printer will not move the carriage to continue the setup  procedure.

Also I'm running windows 7 professional (64 bit)
