we have an HP Laser Jet 500 color MFP M570dn

Our prints are coming out with vertical black lines. Any tips on how to clean or fix this issue?

Vertical lines on prints that are a single distinct color like black are likely cartridge related. Muddy grey/brown stripes are likely an issue with the transfer belt. A common problem on this model is that the waste bin on the end of the transfer belt gets filled with toner that does not go into the waste toner bottle and it then gets pushed out onto the belt and spoils prints.
