@mukesh72, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Blue Color Printing Issues on the HP Smart Tank 515 Printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If your HP Smart Tank 515 Wireless All-in-One Printer is not printing the blue color (cyan), follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Check Ink Levels and Refill Tanks
Low ink levels can impact print quality. Ensure all ink tanks, especially the cyan tank, are sufficiently filled.
- On the control panel, touch the Ink icon to view estimated ink levels.
- Refill any tanks that are low on ink.
.
2. Use the Correct Paper and Print Settings
Ensure you are using the appropriate paper and print settings for your job:
- Load the paper print side down in the input tray.
- Use clean, wrinkle-free paper.
- Set the correct paper type, size, and print quality settings in the print settings menu.
3. Clean the Printheads Using the HP Smart App
Cleaning the printheads helps resolve many print quality issues, including incorrect colors and streaks:
- Open the HP Smart app on your device.
- Click the image of your printer to open settings and management tools.
- Under Tools, click Print Quality Tools, and then select Clean Printhead.
.
4. Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page
To evaluate the print quality and identify any issues:
- On the printer control panel, press and hold the Copy Color and Resume buttons simultaneously for three seconds.
- A Print Quality Diagnostic Page will print.
- Review the test patterns for defects, such as missing colors or streaks.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
