Hello,

I recently bought the HP 952XL ink cartridges from Costco in error - I should have bought the 962XL ... I did not realize this until after I had already opened the box and Costco will not accept the return since this is opened. I did not notice until I started trying to put the cartridge in the printer and it would not fit... even then I did not notice when comparing the two. 

 

My PARTNER pointed out to me the 5 / 6 difference - anything I can do? The cartridges are visibly not used, the ink 'seal' is still white and not damaged.
