I am trying to do a complete reset of this printer. Have only had it a few months, it wanted new ink (refused to print even though there was some left) got new cartridges and now it wants the old ones back in (which have already been chucked). 

Already have 90 minutes into fixing this between making updates, new drivers..nothing works.
Please advise...

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
