I have been using my laser jet for a while, and have decided to use my ink jet for small printing, but found these brand new cartridges that may have been for another printer i had. I have the HP Officejet Pro 8625 and wondered if i could use them as i paid a lot of money for them.

Hi @sunelane,

no, the 935 ink cartridges are intended for an HP Officejet Pro 6830 printer model only, it is not intended and cannot be used with an Officejet Pro 8600 printer:

 

A 8600 printer users HP 950 Black and HP 951 Tri-Color ink cartridges only:
