Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am in the process of setting up my HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e 1st day.  I cannot open the cartridge door to get the cartridges in or to see the serial number.  What's the trick?

I had the same problem.  Solved it by resorting to brute force - after wasting a lot of time being firm and gentle, I jerked up sharply on the tabs at the sides.  Open says-a me!
