Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Changed one ink cartridge, then got a message to change another. Screen loops video of how to change the cartridge. I opened the front to change the cartridge and it does not move to the left for me to change it.

I had the same exact problem on an HP Officejet Pro Premier 9019 that was less than 60 days old. After hours with tech support on the phone confirming that the printer cartridge would not move to the left to allow for the cartridge to be replaced,  they agreed that the entire printer needed to be replaced. While committing to send it to me in two business days, it arrived today a week later than was committed, even though I agreed to pay for express shipping. Instead of sending a new unit, they have sent a refurbished unit that refuses to print a straight alignment sheet to allow for proper alignment of the new ink cartridges. I have tried all advice on line without success. Now I'm back to reaching out to tech support to solve that problem before I return the printer once and for all.
