Product: HP Envy 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 5530 print but the ink on ALL colors is very light. Have tried all the cleaning ideas even changed to new cartridges. Is there a print head that can be replaced?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that you are experiencing an issue with the print head. 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Print head Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. 
 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
