Bought all new cartridges and error messages wrong cartridges/damaged cartridges. It is now stuck on damaged cartridges and I cannot access service menu.

To access the service menu on an HP Officejet Pro 8630 printer, you can try the following steps.

 

  1. Make sure that the printer is turned on and idle.
  2. On the printer control panel, touch the Home button.
  3. Touch the "Support" icon, which looks like a question mark in a circle.
  4. Touch the "Service Menu" option.
  5. If prompted, enter the printer's PIN, which is typically 12345678.
  6. The service menu should now be displayed on the control panel.

 

If these steps do not work, it is possible that the service menu on your printer has been disabled or locked by the printer administrator.
