Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you are unable to print in color, I am glad to assist you.
Did you make a copy and check if that prints in color?
If not, print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page, and check if that prints fine.

Load plain white paper in the input tray.

From the printer control panel, open the Setup
menu. -
Open the Reports or Tools menu.

Touch Print Quality Report.
