Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I need to replace the ink cartridge on my printer, but I cannot gain access to the cartridges as there is a stationary plastic cover over them and I cannot figure out how to open(lidt) it up to access the cartridges.

First, you need to lift the scanner upwards, when the scanner is in the up position you have access to the toner door you lift them to access the toner.
