so i was attempting to take out the empty carting for my printer but there are two errors that keep popping up. a carriage jam and that the printer can’t recognize the cartridges. at first the leftmost cartridge popped out of it’s place and won’t go back in, and in the process of getting it to go back now all the color cartridges are out of their place and won’t go back in. but i also can’t remove them because the tray won’t move to the left. have also checked for any debris in regards to the carriage jam and there is nothing in the way anywhere
