 Bonjour,

suite à un changement de cartouche HP 950 XL sur mon imprimante HP 8620, je viens d avoir le message suivant une ou plusieurs cartouches semblent endommagées retirez-les et remplacez-les par des cartouches neuves, je ne comprends pas car j’achète que des HP authentiques (suite au message je viens de remplacer une 3 ème fois la HP950 xl (j’ai déjà éteint et rallumé puis nettoyer les cartouches de même que la tête d’impression) et toujours le même Message.
