I bought an ink cartridge in Jun/24 and the cartridge stopped working with 50% black ink charge, I would like to know how the warranty of this cartridge works?

Hello, I signed up for the account.
When I contacted support in Brazil today, they informed me that since the cartridge is less than 30% full, it is not possible to exchange it.

May I know if have you registered for the HP instant ink account, or using regular HP ink cartridges, let me know

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
