HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer
Hi,
The HP304 black cartridge no longer communicates normally with my printer.
A message appeared on the screen and the printer is blocked.
I have performed the reset as well as cleaning the cartridge and printer contacts but it did not work.
How can I get the damaged cartridge replaced please?
Regards,
Djok60
