I have been sent cartridges that are too long for my printer.  Has anyone else had this problem?  I had a long discussion over the phone and did everything asked but still they do not fit.  I was told new ones were on the way and they would fit.  They do NOT fit.  I see this problem is not uncommon so I will get on to HP again when they open.  It is frustrating when they seem not to believe me!

We are not associated with the HP Store nor do we have any direct contact with HP Instant Ink.

 

It seems odd - especially if the issue is repeating.  ?

Thank you.  They have sent a size that fits now.  I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem and I found out it was not uncommon.  Now it is sorted.  Thanks for your help.
