I have a hp Officejet pro 8600 plus printer I have changed the ink cartridge with brand new hp ink cartridges 3 different brand new ones and it keeps giving me the error message one or more cartridges are missing or damaged I have replaced all of the cartridges with new ones that are hp original cartridges and it is not even acknowledging the other colors. the color that is giving me the error is the magenta I have tried all of the troubleshooting and still cannot get it to work. pl

If the issue persists please contact HP Support in your region for service options
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
